BOOKING POLICIES

With each booking we celebrate that you have chosen us for your treatment journey, we ask you to please familiarise yourself with our booking policies.

We ask that as we have reserved that booking time just for you to be pampered, we ask that if you require altering, rescheduling or cancelling your treatment that you please allow us 24 hours notice. Each booking is secured via credit card or a booking fee, in the event of a late cancellation/no show we reserve the right to charge your secured card or relinqish your booking fee. Late cancel is 50% of treatment and short notice/no show is charged at 100% treatment. You will receive an email confirmation four days before your booking and a text reminder 3 days before your booking, please respond to your text message when received.
